How is it possible that an object listed is appearing  listed on my eBay wont appear when doing a search so that nobody wont be able see the object for sale

If you don't ask the question from your site with the listing, we can't see it either.

What is the listing number and at what exact date and time was it listed?  eBay may take up to twenty-four hours to index your listing.

You have 4 listings showing on the US .com site. They are not showing on ebay.ca because your listings show that you ship only to the US. If you want Canadians to see the listings you will have to set up a shipping option and cost to Canada.
