Managed payments - opt out?

A while ago I enrolled in: Managed Payments" it of course has not started yet. But after doing some research I would like to opt out. I don't see a way to do it. Anyone know it it can be done and how?

Starting a new account with eBay will put off the inevitable.

But eBay's contract with Paypal is ending and they soon will no longer be able to provide PP services to sellers.

Buyers will still be able to use PP as well a direct cards, ApplePay and GooglePay.
