Hey there. Sorry for the long book and if my english is not all clean this is my 2nd language. I just wanted to share a bit of my experience after only one week with my first time store subscription. I felt like this needed to be exposed... For a paid service, and high priced, my experience of it is totally unnaceptable. At the moment i'm not sure if i'm getting scammed or if i am the most unlucky eBay store subscriber on the planet... Half the features are broken, and all i'm told is to wait... While this is now i'm paying... And my subscription runned out one week already
It starts with my categories, the BASIC of a store: broken. I started my week by creating categories, adding listings and they were not showing up. I wasted my time and tried many things, deleting, remaking, etc, waited many days, they are still not showing up. I contacted support and the only thing i'm told is that i'm added to a list and to check a link they provided to me about the features health status (all showing there is no problem...). Support telling me to stay tuned about the updates there, while there is literally nothing to look at. Everything there says everything is working fine. A totally worthless support, literally no answer to give
Secondly. I can't create a banner link to my markdown sales on my store. Again: broken. Buyers click, there's nothing. I create markdown sales but i cannot link them on my store... I'm looking like an idiot to anyone shopping on my store, i provide links to my sales showing no listings in them. Hurts reputation, hurts visibility. Someone seeing this might just leave my store and miss my markdown sales. What i'm told by support? You are added to a list. Wait
The best part for the end. I do not have my store FVF discount! I pay a service where i'm supposed to have a discount on fees (11.5%), and i noticed this morning that eBay is still charging me 12.35% on all my sales since i'm subscribed. What if i never noticed? I contaced support again, and even worst, i'm provided wrong informations. Support told me that my fees were correct... Luckily i'm doing my homeworks. They provided a .com information. I understand there is mistakes, but i overpaid for one week and still overpay 0.85% fees right now and support telling me my fees are correct... What if i did not noticed here again? That's really scammy.
Again, my only option given is to wait..
I feel left to myself, i feel scammed, no ressources, no technical support. Support just tell me to wait every time while i do not have access to many features i'm paying for. All this is just totally unnaceptable... This is just too much. And i'm just subscribed since 1 week, who knows whats the next broken thing i'll discover in the next days... I noticed this morning a markdown sale that was supposed to end one day ago was still running... May be one more issue to add
I just can't believe this is the kind of paid service a big business like eBay provide. This was totally unexpected
