I got my one and only negative from a seller, that ebay & paypal BOTH were involved with me, trying to sort out a claim the buyer filed, in which ebay's rep read the emails that myself and the buyer exchanged, and in them I told him that I would for sure give him a refund, all he had to do was send the item back, but he chose to file a claim anyway's (also, keep in mind that he had the item for over 2 weeks before emailing me about it, and demanding a refund), and not only did he get to keep the item, but got a full refund, and still left a nasty FB, and ebay would not even consider fixing it, even though they felt it was wrong... paypal actually gave him the refund, and did not take the funds from me, because ...and I quote "sir, I know that you are right in this matter, but we will issue the buyer a refund, so that they will be happy, and then they do not need to return the item" well THAT PLAN WORKED JUST FINE,lol
I told the rep that the buyer had the model kit for 2 weeks, and probally started to build it, messed it up and decided to use the buyer protection system to fix his screw up, to top it off, he only paid .99 for the item and $15 for shipping, and it cost me over $17 to send the damn thing, not including the cost of the kit, which was listed about $9 below my cost...
so yeah, I am thinking your up that creek without a paddle, when it comes to ebay helping a seller :^O
