Periodic Performance Review ??

I just got an email from eBay saying that I’m being given a periodic performance review and that all of my payouts are on hold. I have funds available but the actual payout is on hold so I can’t access any of it. Did I do something wrong ?

I’m a brand new seller but ive posted a bunch of stuff within the last couple of weeks since ive started selling and I’m at like over 1K in sales. Would something like this trigger that?

How long until it’ll go away? Any help is appreciated thanks. I have no buyer complaints or negative feedbacks either..

Yes, it probably is your volume that has triggered the review.  It appears that you don't use tracking with at least some of your items.  That's definitely allowed however, they might want to wait longer to make sure that buyers have received what you've sent out.

It sounds like you are doing extremely well for a new seller. Congrats! I hope that everything goes well with the review.
