Reporting in mysterious invoice emails

Curious to know why trying to report receiving phantom emails invoice would be a problem? Now have received for June, July, August and Sept 2019.

I wouldn't call it a "problem", I would call it pointless (as far as reporting it).

Maybe I'm blind but the post that snoopwiz made last night which I replied to earlier today seems to have vanished?

Maybe someone higher up the chain was embarrassed by this occurring and pulled the original discussion? My bigger concern is emails that should be arriving, not arriving, such as selling offers and then being unable to confirm if they have actually activated or emails from buyers with questions.

I'm receiving the same  Mails from yesterday. 

Today I'm not able to Buy anything on EBay , each time trying to Buy I got message  " The Seller doesn't accept your Bid OR Offer" . The Items are BIN . I tried from  different Sellers , it was the same . Wasn't able to Buy anything.

When tried to use cart   I got "Error message ". 

The Items were from Live   Convention .

 Not acceptable !

Hi @pansy19 - I've gotten your name added to the open ticket. 

When it comes to buying on eBay we allow Sellers to choose with whom they will do business. Given the error message you've provided it sounds as though the seller may not be interested in accepting your business nor your bids. 

I'd suggest looking for a similar item from a different eBay seller, and if you run into any other errors feel free to let us know!

I wrote in my post that I tried from Different Sellers .

I don't believe that 10 Sellers doesn't accept my money .

This is not first time that I can't buy Item on EBay , there are often  Errors .
