Hello, a question for the experts out there. I was wondering what is the maximum dimension or size and weight of box the ebay shipping calculator can take to calculate automatic shipping? I have items that takes pretty big boxes but it's still within what Canada post will accept. But the ebay calculator won't calculate for me. and if ebay won't calculate it for me, am I only able to use flat rate and guess the shipping fee and put that as the flat shipping rate? Advice appreciated. Thank you.
Here is a link to the guide for minimums and maximums with CP. Weight limit is 30 KG.

If you not over/under the Canada Post maximums/minimums you should be okay with the ebay calculated shipping.
Usually the biggest stumbling block is when your item if fine for in Canada measurements, but is not fine for out-of-country. Make sure to check the dimension standards for all the services you are using.

Unfortunately the eBay calculator STILL blocks measurements under the limit. You get an error message when you are over. But if you check at CP(below minimum) there is no issue. The only work around I can find is to inflate the measurements to allow all options that I need to show. (21 cm x 14 cm x 1cm +). There is no problem creating a label if you are under the specified limits. At least I have never had any issues with Shippo or CP. Unable to speak for eBay Labels because I don't use. I know this by testing my listing after the fact to make sure the options I chose display if someone checks using the calculator.

Watch out for volumetric weight as well. The weight may be under the guidelines but all shippers use a volumetric weight calculation to determine the limit - basically what a box that size could hold and weigh.
This is CP's guide to calculating volumetric weight:
