A little problem here. I changed the buyer's address and I am not able to print the shipping label anymore.
I get the message "address not correct". It doesn't not contain any unusual letters/signs. I can print through Snap Ship, but it's much more expensive. Any thoughts?

Have you tried a look up with the CP postal code tool. Format "often" needs to be an exact match with what CP is using. I've had issues in the past when CP autofills info using their mailing system. Canada & USA. With US it has dumped incorrect state when doing a look up.

The problem with autofill is the apt number. The autofill cannot provide the exact address, so it has to be added manually. I tried to add it by writing the number differently, also in another line - nothing works. I am not sure what's the problem here - the address itself, or Ebay is preventing me from changing the address? The address is in the US - I am trying to change California to Alabama.
Fortunately, I have a lot of time to resolve the issue because of the coming holiday (I am obligated to provide the tracking until Tuesday).

Have you tried the number space then street address? I agree. Most likely something with autofill.
On a recent one when I was using CP labels my data entry skipped the apt number. (Vancouver address). I had it on the preprinted address label so I just made sure to print on the ebay labels copy so everything would jive.

You were right - autofill worked with the apt number added before the street number.
However, it still doesn't work with Ebay/CP shipping label... 🙄
I suppose Ebay is blocking the possibility to change the adddress after the payment has been made.
But I found a half-measure solution. 😁
I did repack the item, making the package lighter and much less expensive 😁

eBay requires sellers to ship to the address as provided by buyer at time of payment, so "altering" the address can be a challenge...It is unfortunate that when a buyer gives an incomplete address that it presents such frustration for sellers to provide the correct and/or adequate address when purchasing a label...which makes one wonder about eBay's thought process for the required information when filling out shipping labels if a seller actually does "need" to "edit" address section of the buyer...

Anyone recall the last time as an eBay user you got a message from eBay specifically asking for you to verify address info including phone? I know I never have.

in recent months(as within the past 6 weeks), I was sent a message from eBay to update/and/or confirm that my current personal user information was correct
