I am a Canadian seller and when someone goes to purchase an item in the U.S they get the message
''Unfortunately,this seller will not ship to your location''.I contacted ebay and they just said to have the send me an offer so I can accept and then send them an invoice.It also keeps telling U.S buyers to contact the seller
for shipping costs when I am sure the settings are correct.I am not sure what to do here and any help would be appreciated.

In doing a sort of you items using ship to a US zipcode, appears the issue is with your jackets and shoes. You may have attached either small packet air or tracked. Limit for those items is 2.0 Kg. You would need to use Expedited or Xpresspost to get the calculator to cooperate.

As the previous poster mentioned some of your items don't show a shipping cost to the US and that could be caused by the weight or dimensions not meeting the max or minimum dimensions required by that service. The following page tells you what those are:
To see which items do not have a cost to the US you can go to one of your items, scroll to the shipping tab and change your location to US zip 90210. Then click on 'see other items. If you are looking at those listings in the 'list' view and sort them as 'lowest price plus shipping' the ones without a shipping cost can be seen at the end of the list.

@lotzofuniquegoodiesgave you the correct information.
Right now you have 10 items that US will not be able to see the shipping charge (and can't pay if they buy) because the service you used is invalid because of weight or dimensions.
You can find them by sorting by price as the items are all your most expensive.
It's likely they are set up with Small Packet USA or Tracked Packet USA but the weight and dimension do not match the service.

In doing a bit more testing on 1 of the listings in the Q & A it states does not ship internationally. Wouldn't that affect shipping to USA? I've never noticed that particular setting myself so not sure where it would be located. If anyone else is familiar and can direct the OP in right direction

That's really odd as it looks like ebay is putting in those Q & A replies and the seller obviously ships to the US which is international. That won't affect their shipping settings but it shouldn't read like that anyway. They can change that message but I'll have to look around for it. Someone else may find it sooner.

There is definitely a glitch so I'll start a separate thread on this asking Tyler why this is happening but it seems to be a common problem as Lotz's q & a is also showing that he doesn't ship intenationally.
I don't see a way to change it but you can delete that question by going to the link at the bottom of this post. Then click on Shipping and uncheck the shipping international question. I don't think that it is a big deal as buyers can easily see on the listing where you ship to.
