My feedback calculation shows that i have 2 negatives against me but they are gone from my 12 months period. I only have one neutral left which should also fall off pretty soon.
So what is happening with my feedback calculation? I want to contact ebay by email and report the problem and try to find out what is going on but you always get that call us webpage which burns me because i don't have time to call...
or can someone here explain what is going on? I posted the same thing a while ago and i was told that the feedback should reset itself soon but it has not....
