Are you on the 21 day hold?

If so, there is nothing that can be done for Canadian sellers shipping from Canada other than wait until day 22.  American sellers have other options.

As far as I know I'm not on hold. And yes, it's Pay Pal that I should have addressed this to, my bad. I get enough money to pay my fees and shipping right away, but the rest nope. They delve it out whenever they wish and I wait.

Call PayPal and ask them if they would withdraw "on hold" (I consider it as "hostage"!! LOL!).

To call PayPal won't cost you anything, as it is on PayPal's end to pay for any phone calls.
