I purchase 4 items from the US today and 1 had import fees ... Why only 1 is it an option that a seller chooses.. I was Charged $3.34 for an itwem that cost $8 what a jk I would have not paid any import fees at all on that

Also when it goes through customs and there is no import fees Can I go after ebay to get that money back because if they can't collect import fees if they are not paying them can they .

The seller used the Global Shipping Program, where they send the item to a US address and Pitney Bowes forwards the package on to you.
No you can not go after ebay to get back the import fees, it is part of the agreement that they will not refund buyers for import fees charged by them.

NO.
Why? Because the money has not been paid to eBay but to the seller.
You should contact the seller and ask.
Keep in mind that many large mail order American sellers are in fact GST/HST registered, charge the tax to Canadian buyers and remit it to the Canadian government.
