got 4 sales today, 2 of them by different buyer with very low feedback counts, and looks like they haven't purchase much until purchasing my listings.

address with different names then account person name, the addressee names are very chinese looking while the account holder name are very western, down to the last names

different computer generated looking emails. but the actual shipping address are the same.

i google it up and it looks to be an out of business auto repair garage and the google bird view looks to be a huge forest like ruin parking lot in DE

should i be worry and concern not to ship? total around $800 worth of goods here.

while one of the other two sold listing has an address that goes to another state in NJ, but netherless an abandoned looking warehouse location from google search. the less shady part is that the account looks to have stable purchasing and active for years with 1800 feedbacks, account name looks to match up with the email and account holder's name but the address name looks different and have an extra serial like number, and looks like that might be a korean reship company of some sort. after some researching and google translation.

Am I under target of some kind of fake address scramming buyers?

I would worry about the first two.

The third one is less of a worry. Reshipping companies are not usually a problem.

If I mailed, I would probably send all those tracked with signature required.

When using google maps you do need to check the last time they took the images (street view has the date in small print). The last sale I made was to a small Australian desert town, the images where from 2007 to 2018 (depending on viewing location, I could see an empty lot or large building with street view).

The low feedback accounts-- are there gaps in the feedback?

An account that did some buying a year or more ago, then stopped being used, then used again for very different purchases could be a sign of a hacked account.

If you can't see what was purchased in the past, check the seller's current listings for an idea of what he sells.

You could also use Contact Buyer to ask some innocuous question about the address. "I notice your address appears to be an apartment building (even if it isn't) but you didn't give a unit number. Is one needed?" for example.

Some Asians will have an "English" name they use for convenience, but it is unusual to have both personal and family names changed. We may see Sunny Wong rather than Wong Tsetung but Sunny Walsh is unlikely.

The address in Delaware is for a mail forwarder handling shipments to International buyers. The "serial number" identifies the specific buyer to the forwarder.

I have several Chinese buyers (who buy in bulk) who use forwarders in Delaware, probably the same one.

Freight forwarders are not a problem.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee ends when the forwarder accepts their customer's purchase. From there the forwarder handles customs, shipping and delivery.

EBay's Global Shipping Program is a freight forwarder, but one contracted by the seller rather than the buyer.

thank you for your reply, I am not too concern about the money back guarantee for something like item not arrived. I use tracking on basically all my shipments. I am more concern about in 4 months down the road, someone files a unauthorized charge back by credit card company on paypal and according to what I have gather from paypal's end, their protection on seller is pretty easy to get around by going straight to file it from credit card as opposite to paypal direct.
one account was made just before the purchase. another one was made two years ago and never purchase anything until recently.

I thought about them being a freight forwarding company, but the address I can't can't seems to google up anything about it having a business there. the same address shows a auto repair company on search.
the other freight forwarding company I could at least somehow find some info to certain degree on search. let say the one at NJ. but these one in DE I couldn't .
ebay is telling me they cover me. that I should just go ahead to do it.
but to my understanding that the wording cover me is cover me on the account aspect, but not finaically, whatever happened on a charge back that I am on my own.
but I figure it's better safe than sorry later. because it's a $500 and 300 purchase. totallying 800 isn't little to get a hit on.

I am using tracking for basically all my shipment, but what paypal tell me is if a charge back is filed by finaical institutions, they will not be able to cover anything. tracking and whatever I could provide don't matter.

thank you for your reply, one of the account is newly made just prior to the purchase, one was made few years ago but never used until now.
I understand that some Chinese use westernized first name, I am as well but it was both first and last name, and then shipping address has a whole different Chinese full first and last name on. it does have a serial number like in between but the fact that one of them reply me saying it was for a "friend" instead of just say it's a forwarding company sounds bad.

thank you for everyone's reply, the most updated info are both buyer replied saying the address is a forwarding company.

and one of them added that the other buyer is his friend.

If a buyer files an unauthorized use credit card chargeback through PayPal, you will be covered as long as you can prove that you shipped to the address on the payment info. You don’t have to prove delivery in those cases..just that you sent to that address.
