eBay SUCKS

They will REFUND INSTANTLY and ignor a resposible seller. They allow a buyer to complain about receiving an item "NOT AS ADVERTISED", refund the buyer completly without so much as a call to discuss, and I am the BAD GUY.

THEN THE BUYER SELLS the item to someone else on ebay gaining even more $$$. What a SCAM!

A used computer, he basically took out the components and claimed they were not there when received, Then he got a refund from eBay and then sold the computer. 

eBay refuses to take ANY responsibility and refuses to give me back the $433 he was refunded.

Were you told that even if you have a No Returns policy you are allowed to demand the return of the unwanted item before refunding? You might have to pay for return shipping.

Did you respond to the Dispute?

Did you refuse to refund voluntarily?

If you did not respond and did not refund you not only lost the computer and the payment, but also got a Defect on your selling account.

Defects can lead to restrictions on the number and value of listings, higher fees, lower placement in Search, or closed selling accounts.
