premier account required for immediate payment

im trying to list an item and i want immediate payment using buy it now.  it keeps telling me i need to upgrade my Paypal account to a premier or business account but it is already a premier account and verified yet eBay keeps saying the same thing when i try to add that option i have had to many people buy this item using buy it now only to turn around and not pay for it

Do the basics of restart, clear cache, etc. ebay and glitch is the new normal.

I posted this before but it apparently has disapeared

i am a verified and premier pay pal account owner

i want to recieve immeduate payment for buy it now

when i check that box im told i need to have a premier paypal account and to upgrade my account

i  already have a premier account 

why does ebay keep telling me i need to upgrade my account to what it already is

to save time 

yes its the same email for the premier pay pal account

yes im sure as i only have the one pay pal account

yes ive tried signing out and back in

yes ive clicked on the upgrade my account link pay pal confirms im already a premier account

You could try telephoning Paypal.  Judging by reports on these boards, it seems Paypal customer service is far better than eBay.  They may be able to help.
