How to insert a page jump link to another section of my listing?

Hi, I am trying to insert a link to the French section of my listing so it will be easier for my french client to find it immediately as my English section is quite long, but I can't seem to make it work properly, without having to open a new page where the description is stretched up and we cannot see the complete listing anymore. I just want that when I click the button, it drops the scrollbar down to the section I want. Can you guys help me? The code I used in my html for the anchor is: <a href="#francais"></a> and <a name="francais" id=francais>

I am temporarely (hopping) using target="_blank" in the href so it, at leat, shows it now for the customer.

She has helped sellers for years and has made free tools for eBay sellers. She knows eBay better than eBay programmers. She reads that forum regularly and should reply quickly.  Your issue has been discussed a few times if I recall correctly.
