A buyer has received the goods they have purchased from me. They left me positive feedback. A couple weeks go by and they ask if they can return the item for refund. I accept I would refund the amount minus the shipping fees incurred on my end. I then receive the item in DAMAGED condition. I message her with this information and she claims she mailed it in the brand new condition I had shipped it to her in. I offered her a refund of approx $28US from about $36US since I deducted the shipping fees. But the buyer isn't realizing the item is now DAMAGED....so I can't be refunding her the $28US, she should be getting much less. Ps. no returns accepted on my sale, I guess it's partially my fault I let her mail it back to me. Now, I'm stuck with a damaged item that is not in the brand new condition I mailed it to her in nor to be sold again. After her rude comments and what not via eBay messages, I have ended this stupid thread with her by telling her she should be expecting her damaged item in the mail (I will obviously use a tracking # because I don't trust her). More fees for me because of an untrustworthy buyer. She speaks perfect English and has replied again with a message to apologize about her "not very good English"... using "pfft" and demanding a full refund in capital letters in her previous messages, so you get the picture. I have placed her in my blocked list, but yet she can still message me even after she has left me positive feedback. I am about to ship her damaged item in the condition she mailed it back to me. What do you guys say?
