Later this week, we’ll be retiring the following shipping services for listings on eBay.ca:
- Canada Post Expedited Flat Rate Box
- Canada Post Expedited Flat Rate Box USA
Once these services are retired, they will no longer be available to use in new listings or relists.
For Good ‘Til Cancelled listings, these shipping services will be removed when the listings reach their next 30-day renewal date as follows:
1. Flat Rate Box for Shipping within Canada
- Good ‘Til Cancelled listings that offer other domestic shipping services besides Canada Post Expedited Flat Rate Box will renew with the Flat Rate Box service removed.
- Good ‘Til Cancelled listings that offer the Canada Post Expedited Flat Rate Box service as the only domestic option will be ended so that you can select a new shipping service for Canadian buyers.
2. Flat Rate Box for Shipping to the USA
- Good ‘Til Cancelled listings that offer the Canada Post Expedited Flat Rate Box USA product will renew with the Flat Rate Box shipping service removed.
- Note: if this leaves no remaining shipping services for US buyers, your listing will no longer show up in the main search results on eBay.com. You can restore your eBay.com search visibility at any time by adding one of the available US shipping services.
PayPal Label Printing for both Canada Post Expedited Flat Rate Box and Canada Post Expedited Flat Rate Box USA will continue to be available.
