That looks interesting - especially the bit about removing unwanted feedback! I doubt that anyone could get away with that, though.

It seems that my girlfriend went out at lunch yesterday and bought me the book. Now I just have to find the time to read it. I may have more advice, based on this book, to offer this group in the future.
