There is n further explanation which is not fit again my description and I didn't feel describe wrongly.

How should I respond?

The buyer at the same time bought another item $6.99, but did not open case yet for the other item.

Well you could try asking what the issue is.........

Ask what the problem is. If you are unable to solve it, then tell the buyer to return it, and when you receive the item, refund them.

"How should I respond?"

1) Advise the buyer to return the unsatisfactory item for a full refund upon receipt.

2) Add the buyer's name to your Blocked Bidder List.

Oh, I found the message of buyer, she said there is a hole.

I did not see the hole when I sent it.

I request the buyer to send me the picture.

I would refund he upon satisfied picture without asking to return.

It will cost me $7.90 to pay postage back. She is in US.  I would not afford to pay return postage to me.

Well I had a little bad sense actually when I received the order. She was included note when made a payment 'send it as soon as possible". For me a note from a buyer like that is rude and a sign of trouble.

Sigh actually I feel I just want to refund her money and forget about her.

But another side of me said, that is to easy for her and I shouldn't do that.

I've just checked the feedback that my buyer left for her recen transaction, is negative with reply from seller "Buyer lied to get refund. Ebay denied them refund. Item not fake! 100% Authenic!"

The only negative feedback her seller received and seem her seller is reputable one. One of her seller item is 300892572097.

What do you guys suggest for me? Fight and force return for refund as I believed my item has no hole when I sent her.

Or just forget it as $7.99 is not worth for headache and probably negative feedback (butI feel  against the principal to do that).

You could contact the seller that this buyer left a negative for their item. See how they handled the situation.

Nothing to lose but a one minute message.

You are kind of caught between a rock & a hard place. Refund & they could still leave you a NFB & low DSRs. Same thing if you have them return the item.

Tough spot to be in.

Like Pierre, mentioned, Definitely Block This Buyer.

When I buy an item that is not as described the first thing I do is take a picture and send it to the seller.

No one has to ask.

It's the most logical thing in the world.......

HOWEVER........

Whenever I have asked the same of a buyer it has NEVER worked out well.

Not once.

Therefore, I'd caution against making too much of asking for photos, especially if the buyer is lying.

I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but if you think about it............. if the buyer is lying what are the options?

They could damage the item or say they don't have a camera ........... whatever.

I'd just refund, tell the buyer to keep the item, and move on.

These buyers are few and far between and it's only a few dollars and it's just not worth the headache.

I like to make these go away as fast as I can.
