Just ranting to blow off steam.......

Is it time to run for the hills? Not bad enough my 99.6 % drops to 98.4% but this new ebayer (4 + feedback) gives me 4 negs.... he didn't know I sold used clothing???? Not even a word to let me refund him or something...Time to make a few back up sites I guess.

I ususally treat the new ebayer as baby or grandma.
I repeat the description I listed via email to make sure he understands.

Even tell him USD means the dollar people use in United States.

Even like this, I still get problem in 2 transaction.

Once, I get confirmed mail from buyer that states he knew it is an used item.
But after buyer received the item, he opened a dispute for item is used not new.
I just shocked.
So I showed him our email recorder.
He replied " I didn't read" and leave nagative.

I don't want loose FB in such guy so I refund his money.

Befoer seller can pay the money get feedback withdarw.
Or fightback to let others know.

Now we just keep shut up and let the buyer screw the others.

I have the same problem, buyer left me neg for receiving one item instead of 2. he left it without contacting me first. Maybe ebay should put a rule for the buyer to contact a seller before leaving neg feedback
