Account Registration and ebay shops

A bit of a question on registration location of my account and ebay stores.

I have sent this to eBay help (below) on the store part but I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction about where my eBay account is registered.

I tried to transfer my eBay account but this came up:
Unable to transfer your registration to eBay Canada
Unable to transfer your registration to eBay

How do I get rid of anything to do with eBay.co.uk, I don’t want anything to do with the UK!
So how do I get my eBay account to be under ebay.com or eBay Canada? All my eBay information in my account has my Canadian address and details.

I have just closed my eBay store that was located in the UK.

I tried to open my new store, I am located in Canada and wish to use ebay.com or eBay Canada for my new store.
All my eBay information in my account has my Canadian address and details.

When I went through the process of opening the new store and it still opened up under ebay.co.uk/ UK.
Which is what I don’t want and the reason for closing my eBay store.

I tried to transfer my eBay account but this came up:

So how do I open my eBay store in North America?
My account address etc is already set in Canada what do I do?

When did you change your address? I think there is a fair bit of lag time before you are properly recognized. I recently changed my address (on a buying ID) to my US PO box. Although my address now shows as being in the US, I still get eBay.ca offers etc. which are specific to Canadian residents, and when I sign in I am still opening on eBay.ca.

One thing you can try - open a brand new ID on either .ca or .com. You can then apply to have your accounts merged. That may solve the problem.

Hi Ann
It was a over one year that i changed the address and details.

But a nice help desk person at ebay moved me over.
So now I was able to create my shop and everything in CA not the UK! hooray
