Hi...

Lets get the ducks in a row....Double Check..

Go to your My ebay summary page and check and see if the item won is in there, if not find the email that ebay sent you saying that you won the item, copy and paste the item number into the Search box, if it comes up saying the item is not available then ebay has pulled the listing.

Need to clairify...

Did you use PP (PayPal) to pay for the item?

If so then in your PP account what does the "status" say? ie...pending, unclaimed?

Here's how to cancel a payment:
Log in to your PayPal account.

Click the My Account tab.

Click the History subtab.

Click Cancel in the Order status/Actions column of the transaction in question.

Click Cancel Payment.
Note: If Cancel is not an option in the Order status/Actions column, the payment has been claimed and cannot be cancelled. If you cancel an eCheck payment or Instant Transfer, the money will be withdrawn from your bank account but credited back to your PayPal account balance. If you can't cancel the payment, then you still have the option to request a refund.

To get a refund from PayPal if the payment has already been processed,open an item not received dispute and state in the dispute that the listing has been removed by eBay. Check the seller's status on his feedback page,if it says not a registered user,mention that as well,it can speed up the refund. If You manage to cancel the payment before it's sent to the seller,that's all you have to do. If you are contacted by the seller who demands payment,ignore him,he can't open an unpaid item dispute as the transaction was voided when eBay pulled the listing.
