Albertan selling tickets to a venue in BC

Can someone answer my question? I live in Alberta and bought tickets to a concert in Vancouver for the late summer. I cannot go and would like to sell the tickets on Ebay. I can't make sense of the following link

That policy is about as clear as MUD.

I'd interpret it as follows; that as the location venue being in BC, you should have no restrictions on the sale.
The bit that bothers me is at the bottom where it says that eBay will monitor it based on the sellers registered address. Maybe try to include something in your description to the effect that this complies with ebay rules due to the location being in BC.

Since the event is in BC, it is not regulated so you are fine regardless of your selling location. Good luck with it!
