You can not.

Only members in Canada and the United States can use the Adult section.

Are you aware that you are posting on the Canadian eBay site ?

Adult only category is under everything else on .com only

I do believe sellers from the UK can list in the Adult only section

but they have to use the .com board instead of the UK board.
