Are other sellers seeing an increase in hacker bidding?

I am getting 2-3 hacker bids on inactive accounts now per month. You can tell as they are long inactive, select higher priced or relisted items, never respond to emails or invoices and it ties up my items for relisting while I wait out the cancellation or unpaid transaction process. I have asked eBay to have someone call me about it, and even given them user ID info to investigate but nothing changes. Am I being targeted or are others finding the same thing going on. It's like they don't want to acknowledge the problem.

When we Report something to eBay they reply with a polite note.

At a guess there are two reasons why we hear nothing more.

They don't want to get sued for invasion of privacy.

They wan to encourage Reports but not vigilantism.

Yes! I am absolutely seeing more winning bids not being paid.

I have been selling for 5 or so years and for the first 4 1/2 years I saw only 1 or 2 buyers ignore invoices. Over the past 6 months I have seen several. I currently have 4 listed items that have previously been sold, but the winning bidder did not pay (some of them twice). This is really frustrating. Can Ebay do anything of are we SOL?
