"An ebay ebay education specialist"? Never heard of it. When most folks want to know something about ebay, whether about a certain do/don't policy or a how-to about stores and listings, they click on the Learning Center in the top right corner under Customer Support.
Even those who venture to call ebay in the hopes of getting a more thorough and tailored response invariable return saying the ebay employees do not always provide useful or accurate information. Hence, I am wondering what kind of "mentoring/training" you could possibly imagine you might receive?
If, however, you wish to know about selling on ebay, well, there are all sorts of books available on the topic. Where you buy them is up to you, but for a very small financial output (say, $50 tops) you can get a really good start on everything you might want to know about successful selling on ebay. Look for keywords like "ebay" and "business". If you are willing to pass a few evenings on the sofa thumbing through them you will get far more for your money than if you ever paid anyone to tell you about it.
