BIG TIME FRAUD - from the UK - MIRIAM

Found out that the unauthorized payment that I reported here earlier is now, under fraud investigation.

Until now I thought I was the only one being scammed, but another seller of xmods left feedback for this buyer, so I got in touch with them and found out the he also has an unauthorized charge.

This buyer on July 20th, bought a car from me and another seller, both of us got screwed.

MIRIAM, can you give us any information on what we can do NOW.

Who can report this person, besides BBL.

The 2 of us, are wondering how many more were defrauded by this buyer.

I doubt that I will be getting either my car, payment, or FVF back, what now?

I have a quetion , since you are a power Seller you are welcome in the Extented protection program , my understnading of it is if paypal says 'its ok to ship'
regardless of confirmed po box or what you are protected , please correct me if I am wrong , remember I am talking about the Extented 'only offered to Power Seller' Protection from Paypal , this is fairly new 3 or 4 month top

I am enrolled in that, but when I went on site I can not find out how to apply and get the benefit of this programme.

Has anyone tried it and how do you do it?

Has anyone received their money back through the plan?
