I don't know about you guys and gals but we are getting charged for BIN when we list auctions with a BIN.

That's because you have a store Bernie. The free BIN option is for the people who qualify for the 100 free auctions per month...non store owners.

Since we don't get free auctions it would have been nice if they had at least thrown us a bone and given us the free BIN part.

I list the same products in auction format using 2 different id's to get the free listings.

If I add BIN to an auction under the other id would I be violating the duplicate FP policy or would it not count as FP?

It is still an auction even if you have a BIN price so I don't think it would be a problem to do that but that's just my theory.
