Biding on himself

I am selling a laptop and starting bid is 9.99. So far i got 14 bids but the strangest thing is that the bidder is bidding himself and not only that he has NO feedback. The other bidder only has one feedback.

I am a new ebay seller and i thought my feedback were low enough but now i met someone lower than me lol. So my question is Does this usaully happen? Should i sell the laptop? or should i cancel it? Does ebay protect the sellers? or I am just paranoid?

Please feel free to view my ebay to see what I am talking about

Thanks for your time xoxo

Biding on himself

There doen't appear to be anything unusual about the bidding on your computer other than the fact that your bidders don't understand how to use the automatic bidding system and make a lot of nibble bids. If your listing ends with a winning bidder, you are required to sell to that bidder. The time to start worrying is if the buyer doesn't pay for the item. If the buyer doesn't pay within 4 days of the listing ending, you can open an unpaid item dispute against him. Here is the unpaid item process. if the buyer doesn't pay within 4 days of the dispute being opened, you can close the dispute and give the buyer an unpaid item strike.
