Purchased an item from Hong Kong, gave the seller an entire month for the item to arrive to my address but nothing has come. I contacted the seller and they said it takes 1-3 weeks (it's been a month now!), and to wait another 1-3 weeks because of customs.
That's ridiculous. I've never had to wait over a month for something to arrive.
I know I have 60 days to leave feedback and 45 days to go to the resolution center in PayPal.
Seller's response:
Solved! Go to Solution.

The one to three weeks in customs is a blatant lie.
You only have 45 days from purchase for a Dispute. File today.
You have 60 days from purchase for feedback. At that time you can also leave Detailed Seller Ratings which are more important to the seller. The normal Rating is Five. The lowest rating is ONE. No rating is a free pass

When you buy from Asia, shipping times can not even be estimated. Some things have arrived within 2 weeks, some have taken close to 2 months.
Just remember to open up an Not Received dispute with Paypal before the 45 day mark, and be patient.
