I have several concert ticket stubs listed. I used flat rate Canada Post US lettermail for US shipping and flat rate Canada Post International lettermail for international shipping. However, selecting N&S America gives two shipping costs for the US. Removing N&S America fixes this but then no shipping costs come up for S. American countries. What am I missing?
