This is a Buyer you do not want to see bidding. He only bid on 72 Auctions and has 65 bid retractions

Well, annoying as it is, better a bid retraction than pursuing an Unpaid Item Dispute and holding up relisting the unpaid item for eight whole days.
sigh.
You do know that your Blocked Bidder List is under Manage Bidders on the Site Map, eh?
Best wishes for prompt payments in the New Year!

Interesting. You think it's shill?

Not if only 2% of his activity is with the seller.
Probably just someone who doesn't understand how to put an item on a Watch List, something that eBay has made harder.

It is hard to believe that these are not Shill bids but with a 2 % buying with the Seller it is highly unlikely. There is so much shill bidding going on E-Bay right now when I see a Buyers with a Seller over 25 % I stop bidding and if they come back to me with a second offer I just refuse knowing in most cases it will be re-listed again.
