Buyer bought 2 items and paid for 1

I am seeing this problem more often, some buyer buy 2 items and pay for 1 and they do not reply even after reminding them many times. Now if i open an Unpaid item dispute for 1 item so i would definitely get negative feedback for the other item, i sent. What should i do in this situation as this is the 3rd time i get victim of this and every time i didn't dispute for unpaid item because i don't want negative feedback. Please advice... Thanks

You are selling Buy It Now? Go to your Seller Preferences and Block bidders who do not have an active Paypal account.

Then add a requirement, again through Seller Preferences, that does not allow the transaction to post unless the buyer does Immediate Payment.

You don't and shouldn't put anything about PP required and Immediate Payment required in your listing. The honest fast payers don't need the warning and the scammers won't be able to buy anyway.

Some sales are not worth having.

And put those scammers on your Blocked Buyer List.

Thanks very much for replying yes i was talking about BUY IT NOW items and i did update PayPal option however i couldn't find other immediate payment option. 

 How about the buyers who had bought 2 buy it now items but paid for one, now the one they paid for i shipped them but they do not reply back for the other unpaid item. If i dispute as unpaid item i will definitely make them angry and get negative feedback for the one i sent, so do you suggest i just forget about the item they didn't pay or is there anything can be done.?  Thanks Again
