Hello, some guy bought an item from me and apparently it's been over a week that the package has been sitting in the post office waiting for him to pick it up. Still he didn't do it...
Final Notice; Item will be returned to sender if not collected within 10 days <- message I read at the tracking page.
If the package is returned by the post office to me, I will lose shipping both ways!!!!! What to do??? please help!
Thanks in advance!

"What to do???"
Have you contacted the buyer?
It would not be the first time a parcel is waiting for pick up while the recipient (buyer) has not been made aware of it.
If you have made a few attempts to contact the buyer by email without response, I suggest you give her a phone call.

I tried to contact him via ebay...nothing.
I guess I will call him then, thanks for the reply!

How do I get their phone number? The info isn't available in paypal's details section? thanks.

You can usually get someone's telephone number online if you have a name and address
or you can ask eBay - follow the instructions here:

If the buyer refuses to pick up the parcel, it will be returned to you if you have a return address on the parcel.

I actually have 5 parcels sitting in the post office waiting for me to pick them up but I cannot go to the post office due to being mobility limited and rely on someone to pick them up for me. I fot 5 final notices which are good until February 15, today is February 6, so I have 9 days left.
It can happen from time to time for me and I am sure it is the same for the other buyers, they can be away on business or vacation (it happened when one of my buyers told me he would be away).

After all these years on eBay, I had no idea eBay would do this. A few months ago I had to track down the phone# of a customer in the U.S. I searched all over the place on the internet and finally got it, but wasted a good half hour in the process, and wasn't 100% sure I had the correct party until I actually tried the number (often online directories don't list full first and last names).
Thanks for this little gem of information Pierre - it's going to get printed out and put in my eBay reference binder with a big N.B.!
