Hi ,
I have just started my business and got into this problem, a buyer from China who had created his ID last week ,bought 3 items from my store. He has paid for one item only and says he deosn't want to pay for other 2 as it was his mistake ,he doesn't know how ebay works so being new ,he bought 3 instead of 2.He makes sense in a way that he has bought 3 items of same size and color and in his mails he has been pretty confusing.
Now ebay has already charged final fee on me for all 3 .How can I tell Ebay that it was a mistake on buyers part.Would EBay return my final fee ? Please Tell me what to do.I will be truly grateful if some body could guide me by mentioning the procedure
Thanks

To cancel the two unwanted items and get your FVF credited by eBay you need to go through the Resolution Centre:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/resolving-problems.html
As a seller, the Resolution Center will help you when:
You want to cancel a transaction.
However, before you start that process, it is important to communicate the process with the buyer.
Explain that eBay will send him two requests to cancel the unwanted items. He MUST reply to those requests and accept the cancellations.
Too often we have seen sellers sending cancellation requests to be denied by buyers because buyers did not understand the process. If the buyer declines the cancellation requests, the FVF will not be credited by eBay.
Good Luck

I would advise you to read the following 2 links, one to eBay's advice:
http://ocsnext.ebay.ca/ocs/sr?searchstring=buyer+wants+to+cancel+sale
and one to a previous discussion on this board:
If there seems to be a problem with communication, you will have better protection and a quicker (and surer) resolution by filing an unpaid item case.
