I'm a new seller and sold an item recently. buyer wont pay the amount and never responded to my communication. plus e-bay charges me for this selling, how can i cancel this transaction?
Open the dispute as soon as possible,4 days after the listing ended. Four days later,if they still haven't paid, close the dispute and give the buyer a strike and receive a final value fee credit.
