Can I leave a review about a seller even though I haven't bought anything from them?

I have enquired about a product from a seller but have not heard back from them.  I am assuming it is because I have never purchased anything through ebay. (my rating is 0).  I have no other method of verifying this though.

Feedback is meant to reflect how a transaction went. No transaction , no feedback.

Some sellers are bad at communication. Most wise buyers believe this means they are also bad at describing their items, getting sold items into the mail , and dealing with customers in other ways.

Move on, don't waste time on this dimwit.

The amount of feedback you have has nothing to do with getting a response from a seller.

How long ago did you ask your question? Sometimes when a person expects instant responses and don't get them, they assume they are being ignored or the seller doesn't communicate. Maybe you haven't given them enough time to respond. A couple of days is fair.

About year ago, a buyer complained because after 40 minutes, they didn't get a response from the seller and they were all in a tizzy. They went into all this stuff about the cloud and how fast they get responses. Apparently their life resolves around the cloud and their mobile device but not everyone is that attached to their devices.
