Can I sell a cap gun on Canada ebay site, Only to residents of Canada, if I lived in Israel?

i listed a cap gun on canada site, But it removed on the grounds I should not, because I do not live in the USA. If i restrict the sale to residents of Canada only, can i sell the gun? Is regulations are like on USA, that only someone living in the USA can sell a gun in it?
