Can't do REVISE or SELL SIMILAR

For over one hour I can not REVISE YOUR ITEM or SELL SIMILAR ITEM

System says 

This feature is temporarily unavailable

Anybody else has the same problem?

Further to the above I managed to do SELL SIMILAR ITEM against SOLD item...

But can not do it against presently listed item(s)

TL having issues as well, can't post to boards 99% of the time. Looks like Ebay has had it again and not even Thursday night. Getting to be a broken record.
