Can't mark item paid. Items were picked up by buyer.

Good morning Folks

I sold several sheets of music to  customer who drove out here and picked them up yesterday. I was allowed to leave feedback for her but am not able to mark it 'paid', 'shipped' or anything else. She's not going to be too happy when she sees this.They were listed with free shipping.

How do you mark an item as paid (cash) when the customer picks it up? There never used to be a problem with this. Is Paypal the only one that can do this now? Did I miss some new rule?

Go to your "my eBay" or "Selling Manager" for SOLD items

On that transaction,click the box at left and go to "Change Status"

Select Paid and Shipped

Paid offers you a selection of payment method.

I just go under "my ebay"  go to my "sold" category and on the right it says more actions. Then click mark as paid and mark as shipped. I just used it 2days ago so it works.
