Can't send an invoice

I keep trying to send an invoice to a buyer but it just lags until it it says the site cannot open site

Are you trying to send an invoice from "my eBay"?  Selling Manager? or the eBay email confirmation?

What browser are you using?

I have tried on both my cell phone and my laptop but it won't work

Tried from my ebay and also tried using the link "buyer request an invoice"

Try sending it from the email sent to you by eBay as a confirmation of the transaction.  There is a "send an invoice" link in the email message.

Just tried that and it doesn't work either

Then you may have to try a different browser: I suggest Firefox (my preference) or Chrome
