Canada post refund

so I accidentally didn't check off sig required for something I was shipping so Immediately I voided the label requested a refund and re did the label how it was intended to be 5 days later I have not been given any information or a refund does anyone know how this works thanks.

Its not immediate. Light Pkt and Small Pkt seem to take at least 14 days, Expedited and Express take about 30 days. Give it at least 2 weeks and then call PayPal. Lately they have been processing the refunds without needing to make phone call. At least, that is how its been for me.
