Canadapost shipping rate through paypal is down

Just found today we get more discount to print Canadapost shipping label through paypal. Try to print a shipping label and you'll see. Its just maybe 5% less but it's better than nothing.

In addition to the one we have been getting for some years which is approximately the same as the VentureONE discount?

Or are you a new user of the Paypal labels? I find them much easier to use than the Canada Post ones, and having the postage cost come off my Paypal account rather than my credit card is much simpler.

If you are new, you may not be aware that there is a further discount. somewhere between 20 nd 25% off the PO counter rate for Expedited Parcel, which is a Delivery Confirmed service. This makes Expedited USA so close in price to the unconfirmed Small Packet USA that it is well worthwhile.

The rate you get from paypal is much better than the Venture One rate, at least in my case Venture one rate cost more. The paypal Canadapost discount rate apply to Expedited Parcel domestic (Canada). NO DISCOUNT for regular parcel.

This is interesting, I love the convenience of printing labels direct from PayPal but I get no discount. The price for shipping small packet air is the same as when I prepare forms by hand and pay at the post office.

Still, much better to things direct from PayPal, surely it must help if you ever have a shipping related dispute because everything is clearly documented.

The big discount is on Expedited.

Compare the cost of Small Packet Air and discounted Expedited (surface). They can be pennies apart.

While Expedited is surface, it includes Delivery Confirmation and like SPA has $100 insurance against loss or damage in transit.
