Why do I only have 1574 items on english but I have 79,928 on french? This happened on Wednesday Sept.3. Was not like this before. Would like all items to be shown in english as it was before.

There are over 50,000 search results on eBay.ca (English) for Canada in the Coins Canada sub-category

Is it possible an additional criteria was entered in your search leading to such a small number of results?
