Cant print proper scaled shipping label

Hello,

Can anyone help. I cant print a proper size shipping label. I get a tiny version of one. When I print , it also comes out tiny.

I have used Pay pal for all my Labels, but this is a first. I have tried rebooting and cleaning out my cache.

HELP.

I have a same problem, managed to print it to pdf. Then open the pdf, zoom to large enough view, -> print "view" only. Kinda long process, hate to deal with it. Does anyone monitor those messages???? PLEASE HELP!

I had to switch from to Google Chrome to Safari to print my labels as I was having the same problem.  I suggest switching browsers as I couldn't fix the problem on Chrome.

In short use any browser than chrome.

Accidentally made a label with Chrome again today and had to cancel the label.  I'm still waiting on refunds from CP from other labels printed over a month ago....

Did you cancel it because it wasn't the right size? If so, you could have signed into paypal on another browser and reprinted the label instead of cancelling it.
