Hey ! Marc again here !
Tried calling the customer service a few times with this.... You guys probably know the end result of that... So here it is:
We've changed our billing from CAD to USD using the currency change option on eBay. We changed it on both .ca and .com as we sometimes list in the adult section which is only available on .com.
Since then, we've are getting billed both in CAD and USD. CAD for .ca and USD for .com.
We made this change because we list all of our items in USD as suggested by ebay and all our money is in paypal in USD. We have enough fees going on to start adding currency changes every month.
Anybody had this problem before ? Please any help will do.
Thanks guys.
Marc

It is always a bit messy after you change your billing currency because the change only affectsNEW listings after the change was made.
So, fees for current listings at time of making the change will be billed in the original billing currency while fees for new listings placed after the change will be billed in the new currency (billing currency for a seller's account has nothing to do with listing currency which is largely depedant on the listing site).
If you have GTC listings, you should end them as they near renewal (29 days or so) and relist them.
I do not understand why you made two changes. An eBay account can sell anywhere in any currency. The currency of the listing has nothing to do with your billing currency. An account can only have one billing currency. A Canadian seller has the option of US$ or Cdn$. Fees are invoiced in the currency of the listing (€ for European listings, £ for listing on eBay.uk, US$ for listings on eBay.com, etc...) and converted to your billing currency using wholesale conversion rates (no spread or conversion fee).
The billing currency can be switched once a year only.

Thank you so much ! Merci !
Can't believe Its been days of pain and frustration and all I had to do was to ask Pierre ! Or should I say Mr. Lebel ?
Now that I look at my fees its all my GTC items... I can't thank you enough.
