Could someone give me advise on how to be able to use Firefox for Paypal labels.

I want to use FF for my Paypal labels, but I am also getting blanks. When I click on tools and  pop ups I get the message that RealDownloader cannot be verified on Firefox. Could this be the problem? I haven't been able to use IE for labels for a couple of years, not sure why.

When you click on pay for label and a box comes up, is the bottom portion of the box black? Mine has been like that for the last couple of days. If I scroll down into the center of that box, I see a link for adobe acrobat and I click on that. Then a preview for the label comes up and I print the label. A new box now comes up when I clink on print so I think that I had to click on print again in that box.......anyway...it worked eventually. I don't think everyone is having that exact problem but perhaps yours is something similar.

I wouldn't think Realdownloader would cause an issue but it might. It's a plug-in that you don't need and can safely remove.

Tools -> Add-ons -> Plug-ins

I was getting the blank pages early  early on Friday, reprint would not work either but by Friday mid-afternoon the reprint function was working for me.

I haven't printed anything since then.

I used Firefox when printing PayPal labels late yesterday afternoon (Saturday 7th) and again late afternoon today (8th) with no issues. The labels printed out just fine. Canada Post has changed to a PDF format for printing the labels.

Pitney Bowes changed the required browser plug-in(s) need to view and print via paypal.

Canada Post has been using PDF labels on the Canada Post site since at least last August (I have no knowledge before then), so I don't think that's the issue. Especially since I can print labels on the Canada Post website, but just get blank pages on the paypal site (since Friday).

Well, not quite blank, I get "Powered By Pitney Bowes" printed on them.

I think the blank page is a very accurate representation of PB's "power".

FYI - I am a PB hater! I usually don't "hate" businesses I just move along if they don't suit me, PB earned a special place in my heart for being major jerks many years ago.

Thank you SO much for your help, I just did a label and it worked, I didn't think to scroll down the blank label.

I'm mentioning this on as many threads that I can find but sellers need also to watch their International labels. I just printed one using Safari where the export detail Contents rendered incorrectly and duplicated the second of my two items instead of including the first. I've notified paypal.
