Does Ebay still sell the prepaid flat rate shipping boxes?

A long time ago Ebay came out with a box that was a flat rate of $5 to ship anything that fit in the box (within a certain weight).  You could purchase these on Ebay.  Does anyone know if these are still available?  Thanks.
