Does eBay has anything like where a seller pays a few extra % on final fee to help promote the seller listing more on eBay?

It actually works the other way.

Sellers with a proven track record, high feedback percentages, excellent DSRs, etc, get a discount on their (our) fees.

EBay seems to think that having a reliable seller base leads to higher incomes than getting higher fees from random untested customers.

On re-reading, that sounds kinda snotty. But I'll stand by it.

@femmefan1946 I understand what you are saying i was asking because i'm new and don't have sales. My products which i only have one for now because of my limit doesn't get much views and the only way i can get feedback is if i even sell a product thats why i was wondering if they had something where i would pay them extra percentage sale a few stuff build a feedback base than go back to normal. They don't offer it so i guess i will just have to be patient
